Talentree is een recruitment-start-up die internationale talenten koppelt aan Belgische werkgevers.<\/p>\n<p>Belgi\u00eb is een multiculturele samenleving en diversiteit is een zeer actueel onderwerp. Diversiteit is ook \u00e9\u00e9n van de centrale bedrijfswaarden van MEYALUX en de uitnodiging voor speakership op dit evenement is dan ook geen toeval. MEYALUX heeft respect voor iedereen, ongeacht achtergrond. Medewerkers, klanten en leveranciers worden nooit beoordeeld op basis van leeftijd, ras, religie, nationaliteit of seksuele geaardheid. Dit evenement was dan ook de ideale gelegenheid om diversiteit te vieren!<\/p>\n<p>De algemene conclusie van deze inspirerende dag luidt: bedrijven die medewerkers met verschillende achtergronden hebben en diversiteit en inclusie omarmen, zullen snel de talloze voordelen ondervinden.
