In oktober 2017 is VOKA gestart met de \u201cMiddle East Business Club\u201d die een reeks van 6 inspirerende, interactieve business seminaries organiseert tot in maart 2018. De focus ligt op zakelijke opportuniteiten tussen Belgi\u00eb en het Midden-Oosten. Meyalux werd – als expert-partner – aangezocht door VOKA om haar kennis en visie over dit bruisende werelddeel te delen met de deelnemende bedrijven.
\nDe opportuniteiten voor Vlaamse bedrijven in het Midden-Oosten vandaag zijn immens. Landen zoals Qatar, Saoedi Arabi\u00eb, Koeweit en de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten willen hun economie diversifi\u00ebren en minder olie-afhankelijk worden. Energie, milieuoplossingen, healthcare en niet te vergeten voeding en elektronica krijgen nu al ruime aandacht vanuit Arabische landen. Westerse technologie wordt wereldwijd beschouwd als betrouwbaar en vooruitstrevend, twee basiscomponenten die business tussen Belgische bedrijven en het Midden-Oosten faciliteren.
\nAndere landen zoals Iran, Irak, Libi\u00eb, Egypte en Syri\u00eb zijn uiteraard meer bezig met economische (her)opbouw en bieden zakelijke mogelijkheden rond infrastructuur, oil & gas, chemische producten, bouw, logistiek, machines en industri\u00eble capaciteit.
\nMEYALUX zal haar inzichten delen over deze, hoofdzakelijk, Arabische markten. Onder leiding van Stefan Derluyn, Manager International Business at VOKA, zal een aantal topics de revue passeren:<\/p>\n
